1969 Camaro SS / LS1

Our first LSx Conversion back in 1999. We started with a take out engine/T56 from a wrecked Camaro. We used our SI1 cam, Stainless Works headers, fabbed mounts and factory 12 bolt. The combo made 418RWHP, and went 11.3@121 on 93 octane and 20 MPG to/from the dragstrip. This combo proved reliable for several years of street driving without a single hiccup. A far cry from the old school 12:1 compression 434 we previously had in it. The car was repainted in its original Lemans Blue/white hockey stick stripe with white standard interior. RS Headlamps were added. 18” Kinesis Wheels fit the original style paint very nicely. This car was featured in the July 2004 issue of Popular Hot Rodding.
