Converting your car to Flex-Fuel is a safe alternative to running 2 separate tune files (premium & E85). Integrating the sensor into the system allows the PCM to read the alcohol content of the fuel in "real time", and making the necessary fueling and timing changes, also in "real time". You will no longer have to drain your premium fuel before adding E85, or have concern with variance of fuel quality from pump to pump. This kit takes the hassle out of E85 completely, while reaping all of the benefits. We have seen gains in GM forced induction applications of 45-80RWHP running E85 versus 93 octane.

The kit includes an OEM grade Fuel Composition Sensor, which needs to be mounted on the return side of the fuel system, or in conjunction with the factory feed line, so it does not become a flow restriction. Some models include a Plug/Play harness which makes the installation process both quicker and OE appearing.
