Many companies offer replacement radiators and most of them require some alterations, even when they claim they fit.Our DIRECT FIT™ radiators are designed to install into the stock mounting and use the factory connections without any modifications or adapters. Each DIRECT FIT™ radiator starts with a USA made core, furnace brazed in our own furnace. Our cores feature two rows cooling tubes, serpentine fin and they are epoxy free. Press formed end tanks are manually tig welded by expert craftsmen, providing the ultimate in stregth and apperance. These Direct Fit radiators features two rows of 1" tubes, which doubles the cooling capacity of a factory single row. Our exclusive "press formed" end tanks are hand tig welded by expert craftsman, eliminating the factory plastic tanks. This unit fits into the original mounting and has all the factory connections. The units with oil cooler feature a 7 plate aluminum engine oil cooler for those wanting to upgrade to engine oil cooling. Oil ports are 3/4-16 SAE which are identical to the factory GM radiator. You can use the factory GM oil line assembly (quick connection fttings required) or install the #10AN fittings (included) and use SS hose assemblies.
