Specific notes for Gen 2 CTS-V:

All 09-15 CTS-V axles are designed to work with the factory 31 spline differential and 33 spline wheel hubs.
The required design and smaller spline count on the inner differential stub relative to the weight and torque of the vehicle generally makes this the weak point. We changed this over to a stronger alloy material to help increase the strength to withstand more torque. Where customers were previously hurting inner stubs around 800-850hp, they are now running without issue. Important to note that any axle can fail at a lower power level due to wheel hop or misuse. The listed numbers should not be an expectation, but an idea for capability.
The 09-15 CTS-V factory rear end has been all over the place in terms of reliability. There is a higher number of lower hp failures on this platform than any other that we deal with, with a handful of end customers being the exception. Having said that; If you are giving any consideration to drag racing and looking for a reliable setup, we suggest that you consider looking at a 9” conversion.

Specific notes for Gen 3 CTS-V:

The 16+ CTS-V axles reuse the factory inner differential stub shafts. We use a billet adapter that bolts to the factory inner stub shaft flange, and this adapter allows us to bolt our CV up directly. We still use our billet outer stub shaft to fit up to the factory 33 spline wheel hub.
Our average 16+ CTS-V customer is around 750-800hp, with some over 1000hp. Important to note that any axle can fail at a lower power level due to wheel hop or misuse. The listed numbers should not be an expectation, but an idea for capability.

Build Time Can Be Several Weeks On These

Cancellations: Orders canceled before being shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover the processing fees.

Returns: After 30 days of purchase products cannot be returned. Used products are sold as is and are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, include original undamaged packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee . To have a return authorized call during normal business hours. Shipping charges are not refunded. After the products installed or used in any way they can not be returned. Refunds usually post within one billing cycle to your account. Contact us for return information and to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused for delivery.

Damage Claims: Should you receive a package from us which appears to be damaged, notify the courier or freight company prior to accepting delivery.

Warranty: Products are only warranted by the manufacturer's warranty. All products are for Racing and Performance applications only. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways.
