BMR 2 Point Subframe Connectors, 1998-02 Camaro, Trans Am, Formula
Reduce chassis flex and increase handling and performance on your 4th Gen GM F-body with two-point weld-in sub-frame connectors from BMR Suspension. The F-body chassis flexes dramatically, even with mild amounts of torque and horsepower. BMR's F-body sub-frame connectors are manufactured from heavy-duty square steel tubing, with laser-cut CNC-formed 3/16- and ¼-inch steel plate, adding loads of strength in all the right places.
SFC001- This two-point design solidly links the front and rear subframe, reducing chassis deflection, which is nothing more than wasted energy. This chassis deflection can also cause damage to the car causing windshields to break or doors to not close correctly. These subframe connectors add strength and rigidity, but also reduces squeaks and rattles commonly found in F-bodies. Simply weld them to the chassis and you've taken your performance to the next level. Boxed, Non-Convertible Only
SFC023- BMR has designed the SFC023 for the street performance, drag race, and handling applications. This two-point design is far superior to other subframe connectors on the market. The SFC023s solidly link the front and rear subframe, where others only connect the front subframe to the lower control arm mount. This does little to keep the rear of the chassis from flexing. BMR's SFC023 sub-frame connectors are 100% bolt-on. This means they can be easily installed with simple hand tools, and no welding is required.
SFC004- Manufactured from heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch steel tubing, with laser-cut CNC-formed 3/16- and ¼-inch steel plate, adding loads of strength in all the right places. These two-point sub-frame connectors are engineered to considerably strengthen the chassis. The SFC001s connect the front and rear sub-frames by connecting to the rear lower control arm mounts, dramatically strengthening the chassis.
SFC003- BMR's F-body sub-frame connectors are manufactured from heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch steel tubing, with laser-cut CNC-formed 3/16- and ¼-inch steel plate, adding loads of strength in all the right places. These two-point sub-frame connectors are engineered to considerably strengthen the chassis. The SFC001s connect the front and rear sub-frames by connecting to the rear lower control arm mounts, dramatically strengthening the chassis.
