BTR Head Gaskets are a DIRECT REPLACEMENT for GM head gaskets. They are everything you know and love from the GM version: High quality, MLS construction, and it's produced by the same source as the OEM units!

BTR-54622-2- GEN V LT4, 4.100" Bore, .055" thickness.

BTR-22033-2- LS9, 4.100" bore and a .055" thickness spread across 7 layers of steel. These can be used in place of GM part # 12622033.

BTR-058420-2- SMALL BORE LS9. The BTR LS9 head gasket can't be beat for performance and value, but traditionally, the smaller bore engines have had to make do with a head gasket bore 0.15" bigger than needed. By re-designing a smaller bore gasket, we increased the amount of gasket material between the bores another 0.15" for better durability . This is advantageous on small bore LS engines with higher cylinder pressures such as those found in power adder applications. These feature .055" thickness spread across 7 layers of steel and 3.950" bore.

Cancellations: Orders canceled before being shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover the processing fees.

Returns: After 30 days of purchase products cannot be returned. Used products are sold as is and are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, include original undamaged packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee . To have a return authorized call during normal business hours. Shipping charges are not refunded. After the products installed or used in any way they can not be returned. Refunds usually post within one billing cycle to your account. Contact us for return information and to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused for delivery.

Damage Claims: Should you receive a package from us which appears to be damaged, notify the courier or freight company prior to accepting delivery.
