For years the OEM LS9 Intercoolers have been plagued by failures due to lack of durability. The top and bottom plates are known to literally fall apart which leads to pieces of aluminum breaking off and going into the supercharger/engine. For quite some time this issue was addressed by adding plates onto the bottom side of the intercooler which has been a good “fix”. But these intercoolers also have issues with weak tube style coolant passages and are known to develop pin holes over time in modified applications. After over a year of testing multiple styles of cores and configurations, we have finalized and released our “HD” bricks which are extremely durable without sacrificing cooling efficiency. Don’t let a pin hole in an intercooler be the reason for a lifted cylinder head or a cracked block, which we have seen many times.

Cancellations: Orders canceled before being shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover the processing fees.

Returns: After 30 days of purchase products cannot be returned. Used products are sold as is and are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, include original undamaged packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee . To have a return authorized call during normal business hours. Shipping charges are not refunded. After the products installed or used in any way they can not be returned. Refunds usually post within one billing cycle to your account. Contact us for return information and to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused for delivery.

Damage Claims: Should you receive a package from us which appears to be damaged, notify the courier or freight company prior to accepting delivery.

Warranty: Products are only warranted by the manufacturer's warranty. All products are for Racing and Performance applications only. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways.
