Melling Gen-3/4 LS Oil Pumps

MEL-10295- Standard Volume, High Pressure- Melling improved the standard volume GM LS Gen III oil pump. Design changes to the housing, cover, and components together combine to improve the performance, durability, and capability of the oil pump. Melling has engineered this oil pump specifically for performance LS applications. It can be used in any GM Gen III application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M295 oil pump.

Features include:

Exclusive rotor design with improved strength
Hard coat anodized aluminum housing
Phosphate coated cast iron cover
High pressure (+10 psi) spring installed
Includes optional standard pressure spring
Includes optional +25 psi spring for COPO applications
Threaded pressure relief nut
Uses 7/8” stock bolt-on oil pickup tube assembly
Includes O-rings for oil pickup tube assembly

MEL-10296- High Volume, High Pressure Gen Oil Pump. This pump delivers 18% more flow as compared to the standard volume 10295 oil pump. The design changes incorporated into 10295 have been carried over to this pump. The 10296 pump was engineered specifically for performance LS applications that demand increased oil flow. It can be used in any GM Gen III application with no modifications required to install the pump.

MEL-10355- Standard Volume, High Pressure Gen IV Oil Pump. Melling improved the standard volume GM Gen IV oil pump. To support AFM and VVT components the output of this pump is 33% more than the Gen III standard volume oil pump (Melling #10295). Design changes to the housing, cover, and components together combine to improve the performance, durability, and capability of the oil pump.

Includes optional standard pressure spring

Cancellations: Orders canceled before being shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover the processing fees.

Returns: After 30 days of purchase products cannot be returned. Used products are sold as is and are not returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, include original undamaged packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee . To have a return authorized call during normal business hours. Shipping charges are not refunded. After the products installed or used in any way they can not be returned. Refunds usually post within one billing cycle to your account. Contact us for return information and to receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused for delivery.

Damage Claims: Should you receive a package from us which appears to be damaged, notify the courier or freight company prior to accepting delivery.
